Thank you for shopping with GANG28. Every item is made to order, which means your order is created especially for you after it is placed.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before they are shipped.

  • During holidays, sales, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 3–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the products ordered, and the shipping method selected.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Tracking Your Order

When available, tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at gang28team@gmail.com. We will work with our shipping partners to investigate and help resolve the issue.

GANG28 is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or been shipped, we may not be able to change it. Additional shipping charges may apply if a replacement shipment is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
